Appearance: Malt black hair with brown eyes, has multiple scars on face and body mostly from ACTEW (Advanced Combat Training with Experimental Weaponry) and has a bulky figure also from ACTEW. There is some markings on his skull too and is believed that the markings have come from a time in the classified Period of his service record.
Armour Appearance: Although it is a myth due the high level of classification on his service record. People have reported to see "Glowing Wings" coming off of his armour. no one in the UNSC knows anything about this armour enhancement as most people who have met 197 have ether died, been transferred or have "No Memory" of the events that had transpired.
Personality: God Persona, Gritty, Cocky and Angry most of the time. Also likes to work alone or in a very small group. 197 has never been known to fully take off his armour out of combat other then his helmet, but even then he doesn't really take it off unless it is to damaged to function or he needs it off for a important social gathering. During all of his Promotion Ceremony he has worn his armour rather then the ODST Dress Suit in-which is stated he has to wear in the dress code.

Weaknesses: Angel's previous AI Epsilon had sacrificed him self for Angel, however while doing so Epsilon was still connected to Angel's mind, causing great pain that he could not escape from, this could pose as a great threat as his new replacement AI Kasane Teto is quite childish in nature, Angel's trust in this AI could be an undoing for him, as it was for his previous AI.

Strengths: Angel has experimental armour enhancements developed from the late Project Freelancer, these enhancements are mostly classified but are available for viewing through the ONI Locked files section of the lore.
