Also noting that Noble Six is a canon, and as such gets a little leniency with the Captain rule due to A) Being ONI rather than straight UNSC B) The ship is only size 2 and it makes sense for him to have it

Though that may be this isn't counted as a personal vehicle, is is a ship and as our rules have sated something that can transport multiple people with out slip space capability like a Pelican or Vulture, is counted as a personal vehicle, but something that can transport multiple people with slip space capabilities like a prowler or halcyon is counted as a ship. Think of the difference between a boat and a ship, a ship can carry a boat but a boat can not carry a ship.

However you can overrule my approval conditions at your leisure.

I agree that it should be counted as a ship though, which is why he needs to do the Maru
