  | The UNSC have made a prototype combination of Human and Xeno tech, the A7 "Annihilator" cannon. While completely impractical for anything short of a group of SPARTANs, it can be used for the complete destruction of enemy targets. Using the incredibly advanced reactor units in the Xeno technology, it can fire a form of the beam used in the "Scarab" platform. It takes 15 minutes to cool down, and requires at least 2 SPARTAN-IIs or 4 of any later generation of SPARTANs to fire it at all. Doing so also disables their shields. Firing takes 15 seconds to prepare, and requires a stable location for use due to the kick. It fires for 2 seconds. It's so big that carrying it around restricts the one carrying it to a sidearm. |
 | There is also 1 (one) (one single individual unit), prototype of the "Fury" hypersonic exoplanetary/atmospheric jet, fitted with a slipspace drive, engines that propel it at a level of speed that is phenomenal, with near-instant acceleration. It has post-covenant levels of shielding, and weaponry similar to the SCARAB. However, there is literally one. Reproducing it would be difficult, to say the least. |
