[REPORT SUMMARY]
Elvaluations show efficient behaviour in the battlefield, Marcus often utilizing any means necessary to complete his mission with maxmimum efficiency. There is one notable flaw in his conduct during missions; His refusal to part ways with his morals and set them aside in the line of duty. Of course, this has had a few exceptions but it is a recurring issue in mission reports and any dealings with Marcus should be handled with a keen eye looking for any disobedience that could interfere with military plans.
He has a very keen and obsessive nature when it comes to his focus, not easily disuaded once he sets his mind to a task. This is both an asset and a hinderence to ONI and the UNSC, and should be used against him accordingly.
On occasion, and during two of my assessments with Marcus thus far, he has shown extreme PTSD when dealing with the issue of the [REDACTED] and his participants in [REDACTED]. This is another weakness of note and should be kept in mind should he go AWOL or require a... nudge, in the right direction.

Physical Description: Under his helmet, Marcus has the face of your average soldier. Gritty stubble, short hair from a not-to-recently shaven head, a few scars. You know, the works. He has several scars, bruises, burns and markings from head to toe, though not nearly as many as you'd think after all the missions and drops he has been involved in. He also possess unknown symbols branded on his neck, most likely invovling the redacted period of time on his record.
